What Are My Shipping Options?
You may select from USPS or UPS as a shipping carrier. Most orders are processed for shipping within 12-36 hours. Our shipping rates are for 2-5 day priority shipping.
How Can I Get Free Shipping?
Use Promo Code: SDFREESHIP for all Domestic Orders of $250.00 or more for Free Shipping. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
How Long Does It Take For My Order to Ship?
It generally takes 2-5 days for most order to arrive via USPS or UPS.
RETURNS
What is PAINT by Shawn Denise's Return Policy?
Customers have 10 Days from the time their order is delivered to exchange items purchased. Items CANNOT be damaged in any form. Store Credit will be given to all returned items. NO exceptions.
How do I Return My Order?
To Return an order, email orders@PAINTbyShawnDenise.com with your name and order number to request a return. You will be emailed a return postage within 24-48 hours. You MUST print return postage and place it on the box. Returns will be done through USPS Carrier Services.
How Can I Join the PAINTER's Club?
You can join the PAINTER's Club by joining our email list for exclusive sales and promotions or you can text PAINTER to 74121.
ORDERS
How Do I Track My Order Status?
Check your email, including spam folder for your tracking number. Our Customer Service Department will also email all Facebook & Instagram Customers their Order Status within 12-24 Hours after your order was placed.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Once your order is placed, you have up to 12 hours to make a change or cancel your order. No changes can be made after a tracking number is provided and order is shipped. To make a change or cancel your order, email orders@PAINTbyShawnDenise.com with your name, order number and item you could like to change or cancel.
What If I Don't Receive My Order?
If Customers have not received their item within 15 days of purchase, Customers can request a refund through Orders@PAINTbyShawnDenise.com
