"Pi'nelle" Ruffle Dress

This dress has ruffles around the top of the dress and ruffles at the end of the dress as well as at the wrist. The sleeves are detailed asymmetrical sleeve blocks. The dress has a 22" zipper & hook and eye for closure. There is also 1.5" Elastic in the waistband of the dress.
