The Circle Ruffle Top is a crop top with 5/8” elastic around the edge of the top band. This top is made to go over your bra or a spandex bandeau top. The ruffle is two layers with the first row having Paint's Signature Grommet detailing and custom belting along the top band making the top adjustable.
